Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All of our products are individually made for you after you place your order. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process, produce, and package your order before it is shipped. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, the following estimated delivery times apply. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees; actual delivery times may vary.
  • Within the European Union (EU): 5-10 business days
  • Outside the European Union (International): 10-15 business days
The total time to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU), buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information.
